  1. Make a Claim with your Insurance Company.

    The first step you should take after your vehicle has been damaged in a hailstorm should be to contact your insurance claims hotline to start the claims process. Many car owners are hesitant to contact their insurance company and file a claim because they think their insurance premiums will be raised. This is not true, when in fact – hail damage is covered under your comprehensive coverage because it is considered an “Act of Nature” or “Act of God”. If you need any help with filing your claim or have any questions, IntelliDent is happy to help.

  2. Claims Adjuster Will Inspect your Vehicle.

    When the adjuster comes to inspect the hail damage on your vehicle, have your car parked in the shade or inside a garage. Bright sunlight can obscure dents resulting in an inaccurate assessment of the damage. The adjuster will write the estimate for the Paintless Dent Removal method (PDR), the traditional method or a combination of the two.

  3. We Schedule your Vehicle for Repair.

    Call us at 888-365-HAIL or submit an online request to schedule your free auto hail repair estimate. We will come to your home or office, whatever is the most convenient for you. We’ll have one of our knowledgeable customer service representatives come to inspect your vehicle and answer any questions you might have. We will review the estimate your insurance company provided you with and contact them directly if they have missed any damage.

  4. If your Insurance doesn’t provide a rental, IntelliDent will!

    Hail damaged vehicles can usually be repaired quickly depending on the severity of damage. Since no painting is required, IntelliDent’s paintless dent repair process takes a fraction of the time in comparison to traditional methods.

    If you have rental car coverage on your insurance policy, IntelliDent will assist in setting up the rental and getting you to the rental car office after you drop off your vehicle at one of our shops.

    Additionally, if you do not have rental car coverage on your policy and your vehicle must stay overnight at our shop for repairs, IntelliDent will provide a rental car.
