I'm still in a little bit of (happy) shock at how awesome my experience was with this company. When I began searching out companies to repair my car's hail damage, I didn't know where to start. Without a recommendation from someone I know and trust, I drug my feet for several months because I've dealt with enough dishonest, underhanded car-care related businesses who promise you great things but deliver nothing but stress. Hail damage was something I could live with since it didn't alter the function of my car getting from point A to point B. I was SUPER skeptical when I found out that IntelliDent offered not only to pay my deductible (WHAT???), but also would come to pick my car up at my place of work (note that I work in Fort Worth, quite a drive away from the actual shop), bring me a rental to use for the entirety of the time they had my car in the shop (at NO charge, even thought I DON'T have rental insurance), and would do the repairs in only a few days. Other repair shops I had called to inquire about quotes/schedule a time to bring my car in weren't even able to get me scheduled until at least 1 month out because they were so backed up, and they also were predicting upwards of 1 month for repair time since they couldn't predict when they would be able to get parts in with the shipping crisis. Note: my car only needed PDR, but IntelliDent was willing to pick up my car anyways (without being sure it only needed PDR work) and bring it to the shop to get it evaluated. I did end up needing a couple small replacement parts, but even then, the repairs were done within a matter of about 3 business days - replacement parts and all. I didn't have to be in communication with my auto insurance company at all, except to receive a call from a rep to get my verbal agreement to move forward with issuing the check for repairs. From start to finish, I was so impressed with Tyler's communication; he updated me nearly every day with the status of my insurance company's evaluation, the condition/status of the repairs, and when he predicted the car to be returned to me. He was always very helpful and kind. Greg was the rep who picked up/dropped off my car and swapped me for the rental car. He was extremely kind and very willing to explain the process to me. When I first met him, I asked him what the catch was with this company, since it appeared that I would pay literally nothing out of pocket except for filling up the rental car with gas that I used -- he assured me there was no catch, and that the business owner simply recognized that by providing good customer service and removing barriers inhibiting people from seeking out hail damage repair, they could attract more customers/keep return customers. Well, they certainly attracted me and I have been referring everyone I know to IntelliDent if they ever need hail damage repair. When I say 'quick and painless', I really do mean it! I will certainly be a return customer (if needed.... let's hope I don't get hail damage again! haha) But honestly, if it did ever happen again, I would not lose one second of sleep worrying about where to get repairs done. THANKS, y'all!!!

I live in downtown Fort Worth. They are located almost an hour away. I chose them because they could get the hail damaged fixed the quickest on my Grand Cherokee. I didn’t even have to drive to them-they came to me!!! They would have delivered my Jeep back home-but I was impatient and constantly texting Tyler throughout the process-so I got to see the facility-and it was impeccable! Thank you for getting it done so quickly! Great work! Couldn’t be more happy!

Chris was very professional. they came to my house picked up my vehicle and left me a loaner. When the vehicle was ready they dropped it off and was surprised that they were able to get rid of all the dents from the hail damage. Im very satisfied

Tyler was amazing! He guided me through the entire process. And even provided me a rental! My car was gone for about a week and a half. But I did the claim the day after the hail storm busy busy busy!!! But the rental i drove was a 2020 Jeep Cherokee. And I felt spoiled for awhile. The overall experience was just a breeze. I have refered all my co workers and friends to Tyler. Tyler texted and called me daily with updates and even drove my car to my job and switch vehicles with me. Im so overall pleased with everything they did.

I don't normally take the time for reviews, but had to mention how awesome of an experience this was getting both my cars fixed from hail damage. Tyler and Greg were very knowledgeable about their business. They picked my cars up from my home, repaired them both in a very short time and returned them to my driveway. The work was perfect. All dents were gone (even repaired a crack in one of the windshields not caused from hail). They will also handle speaking directly with your insurance company if you prefer. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Intellident for hail damage 2 times in the matter of 6 months. It is nice to deal with a company that truely seems to care about you and your property. Chris is a true professional and awesome to deal with. He meets up with you promptly and meticulously inspects your car for every bit of damage. He works very hard to get your car in and taken care of quickly and goes out if his way to keep you informed during the entire process. Greg to is a complete professional that cares about your vehicle more than you do. My car was hit with a hail storm in June 2019 and as luck would have it, Chris came knocking on my door. Chris was very professional and walked me through the entire process. He provided me with a rental vehicle, which he delivered right to my work and then swapped it with my damaged vehicle. Chris kept me updated throughout the entire process. I loved that Chris dealt with the insurance process for me because of how difficult that can be sometimes. I will definitely be referring my friends to Intellident.

We got whacked in the October storms that dumped tons of hail on us- my 2019 Silverado High Country wound up with over 8k dollars in hail damage, and their team restored it back to brand new - even the aluminum hood and the harder to repair pillars and roof section above the doors. Super satisfied. Savings Tyler’s contact info- always quick to respond, even with me getting impatient waiting for State Farm Adjusters and back ordered parts because of the “temper tantrum GM factory strike.” They brought me a rental and exchanged vehicles before and after repairs at my work in west Fort Worth. Intellident Plano came to the rescue! They dropped off loaner cars that were clean for me and my wife. TYLER Gartin really went above and beyond! Me and my wife were so impressed that there was no sign of hail damage and how they cleaned and detailed her car like it was off the show room floor. I highly recommend. I was first contacted by Chris who offered their service by knocking on my door. He explained to me how they work and that they offer a rental while the car is being fixed, one of those too good to be true services, I'm very sceptical about these types of services because I've had too many bad experiences. But Chris was always patient with me, answered all my questions, offered to show me their facilities in Plano, I went there and it's very clean and organized, that same day Chris went to pick up my car and left the rental at my house. There was always good communication during the whole process and I'm very pleased with their service, I definitely recommend it.
