Auto Hail & Dent Repair Services in Richardson, Texas

I'm still in a little bit of (happy) shock at how awesome my experience was with this company. When I began searching out companies to repair my car's hail damage, I didn't know where to start. Without a recommendation from someone I know and trust, I drug my feet for several months because I've dealt with enough dishonest, underhanded car-care related businesses who promise you great things but deliver nothing but stress. Hail damage was something I could live with since it didn't alter the function of my car getting from point A to point B. I was SUPER skeptical when I found out that IntelliDent offered not only to pay my deductible (WHAT???), but also would come to pick my car up at my place of work (note that I work in Fort Worth, quite a drive away from the actual shop), bring me a rental to use for the entirety of the time they had my car in the shop (at NO charge, even thought I DON'T have rental insurance), and would do the repairs in only a few days. Other repair shops I had called to inquire about quotes/schedule a time to bring my car in weren't even able to get me scheduled until at least 1 month out because they were so backed up, and they also were predicting upwards of 1 month for repair time since they couldn't predict when they would be able to get parts in with the shipping crisis. Note: my car only needed PDR, but IntelliDent was willing to pick up my car anyways (without being sure it only needed PDR work) and bring it to the shop to get it evaluated. I did end up needing a couple small replacement parts, but even then, the repairs were done within a matter of about 3 business days - replacement parts and all. I didn't have to be in communication with my auto insurance company at all, except to receive a call from a rep to get my verbal agreement to move forward with issuing the check for repairs. From start to finish, I was so impressed with Tyler's communication; he updated me nearly every day with the status of my insurance company's evaluation, the condition/status of the repairs, and when he predicted the car to be returned to me. He was always very helpful and kind. Greg was the rep who picked up/dropped off my car and swapped me for the rental car. He was extremely kind and very willing to explain the process to me. When I first met him, I asked him what the catch was with this company, since it appeared that I would pay literally nothing out of pocket except for filling up the rental car with gas that I used -- he assured me there was no catch, and that the business owner simply recognized that by providing good customer service and removing barriers inhibiting people from seeking out hail damage repair, they could attract more customers/keep return customers. Well, they certainly attracted me and I have been referring everyone I know to IntelliDent if they ever need hail damage repair. When I say 'quick and painless', I really do mean it! I will certainly be a return customer (if needed.... let's hope I don't get hail damage again! haha) But honestly, if it did ever happen again, I would not lose one second of sleep worrying about where to get repairs done.
